At least one major American university has recently banned alcohol in all frat houses and residences, in response to student alcohol overdose deaths. This, coupled with increased educational programs on campus, is part of the solution. But until young people are taught, at a very early age, to respect alcohol (and other drugs) for the danger that they can produce, college drinking and drugging will continue.
